双侧颈部淋巴结稍大可能是由炎症、淋巴结核、肿瘤等因素引起，具体建议及时到医院就诊，查明原因后做针对性的治疗。
1、炎症：颈部淋巴结炎等炎症可以使患者表现为颈部淋巴结肿大、疼痛，急性患者还会出现脓肿，严重时可以有寒颤、高热、头痛、乏力等全身症状表现。
2、淋巴结核：患者常表现为颈部肿块、无痛或轻度疼痛、质地偏软、可移动，病情加重的话可以出现肿块的疼痛，肿块可融合成团状，伴有低热、乏力、盗汗等全身症状。
3、肿瘤：淋巴瘤、甲状腺癌、下咽癌、舌癌等疾病，均可以表现出颈部淋巴结肿大，其他部位的肿瘤，如肺部、腹腔等肿瘤也会导致颈部淋巴结肿大。
