双侧颈部淋巴结回声是正常的淋巴结，但是也可能和炎性淋巴结肿大、转移性淋巴结肿大、结核性淋巴结肿大以及淋巴瘤等情况有关，需要根据淋巴结的情况进行综合判断。
1、正常的淋巴结：如果淋巴结的回声正常，并且形态也正常，一般属于正常的淋巴结，不用进行特别的干预。
2、炎性淋巴结肿大：如果淋巴结回声增强，并且皮质增厚，直径大于5-8mm，可能是炎性淋巴结肿大的情况。炎性淋巴结肿大需要配合医生进行抗感染治疗，例如使用氨苄西林胶囊、头孢呋辛片等药物，具体药物需要遵医嘱。
3、转移性淋巴结肿大：如果进行检查时发现颈部的淋巴结回声有囊性或实质性改变，并且这时淋巴结的形态也有所变化，很可能是由于恶性肿瘤通过淋巴结转移而形成的转移性淋巴结肿大。如果癌细胞转移的范围较小，可以考虑使用手术进行切除，然后辅以化疗进行控制，而如果转移范围很大，则需要进行全身化疗进行治疗。
4、结核性淋巴结肿大：如果在进行检查是发现淋巴结回声不均匀，并且还有钙化情况，很可能是由于结核性淋巴结肿大造成的。结核性淋巴结肿大患者需要进行抗结核治疗，可以在医生的指导下使用利福平胶囊、左氧氟沙星胶囊等药物进行治疗。
5、淋巴瘤：如果进行淋巴结检查时，出现的回声有变形移位、随之消失的情况，很可能是由于淋巴瘤造成的。淋巴瘤患者需要进行化疗、细胞治疗、免疫治疗等综合治疗手段进行控制，在治疗期间，需要观察身体是否有异常，积极进行治疗。
