腋下淋巴结反应性增生是指淋巴结中的组织细胞、淋巴细胞，长期受到刺激，而产生的反应性增生，一般会导致淋巴结肿大。人体产生腋下淋巴结反应性增生可能和感染、过敏、自身免疫系统疾病等情况有关。
1、感染：病毒或细菌感染可能会刺激淋巴中的淋巴细胞有异常状况，这时容易导致身体中出现腋下淋巴结反应性增生。病毒感染需要在医生的指导下使用抗病毒药物进行治疗，例如注射用重组人干扰素a-2a、利巴韦林片等，而细菌感染患者则需要遵医嘱使用抗生素药物进行治疗，例如罗红霉素胶囊、硫酸庆大霉素颗粒等。
2、过敏：如果接触过敏物质，可能会因为过敏而出现的变态反应而让腋下淋巴结受到刺激，从而出现腋下淋巴结反应性增生。出现过敏症状后，患者需要远离过敏原，同时也要注意休息，能在医生的指导下使用氯雷他定片、醋酸泼尼松片等。
3、自身免疫系统疾病：自身免疫疾病身体中的免疫系统会有异常的情况，淋巴结处也会受到影响，也可能会导致身体中产生腋下淋巴结反应性增生。自身免疫系统疾病患者在治疗期间，需要尽快戒烟、戒酒，同时也要在医生的指导下进行免疫抑制，例如遵医嘱使用吗替麦考酚酯分散片、甲氨蝶呤片等药物。
